[eHIPAA.com meets the requirements for protecting personal health information (PHI). It is cloud-based and Web-enabled and HIPAA/ HITECH-compliant for protection of PHI and 21CFR Part 11, Code of Federal Regulations compliant.]

Our Business Intelligence team provides clients with access to data and reports online and in real-time through dashboards and portals. The manufacturer dashboard is populated with data from a variety of sources, including call center activities and data feeds from all vendors involved in supporting the program and linked into the CareMetx Connect system.  The dashboard has the capability to track, mine and analyze data against metrics and business rules established by our clients.

CareMetx Portals are designed to support the brand and improve efficiencies in onboarding, expand communication channels, provide a resource for tracking progress, and a method for delivering additional data.

To streamline the intake process, CareMetx’ user-friendly, HIPAA-compliant Provider Portal serves as a single source for initiating treatment and monitoring patients. The portal includes services and data reporting, fed by data from CareMetx Connect, SPs, PAP and co-pay program vendors and other providers in the network to support your product.  The Provider Portal creates a single focal point for each provider that empowers them with communication capabilities, technology tools to onboard patients, maintain therapy and track and monitor patient status to enhance patient care.

Specialty Pharmacy portals provide dashboard reporting on data feeds, errors, missing information and scorecards. Patient Portals give patients an online tool to track progress and product administration, set up refill and appointment reminders, take health surveys and get supplemental product information and training.
