Keith Martino


Keith brings nearly 30 years of healthcare experience to CareMetx across provider, consulting, private equity and biopharma companies. Most of Keith’s career has been in the pharma/biopharma sector having held several billion-dollar P&L leadership roles.

While at Abbott/AbbVie, Keith held positions that spanned the organization serving as the General Manager of three different U.S. organizations – Humira, Institutional Sales and Marketing; Managed Markets Marketing; and for the Pain Franchise.

After nearly 15 years, Keith left AbbVie to create a Market Access function at Baxalta as it was spun from Baxter. After Shire’s acquisition of Baxalta, Keith assumed the role of Vice President, US Immunology Institutional Sales and Marketing before leading and transitioning the US Immunology Franchise into Shire. Upon departure from Shire, Keith began working as an Operating Partner for the Vistria Group. Keith was part of the deal team that recapitalized CareMetx and, upon the closing of the transaction, began to transition into his current role at CareMetx.

Keith holds an MBA in Economics from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a BA in
Economics from Northwestern University.
