Rich Citrenbaum has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare industry. During his career, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility with healthcare companies including two of the top global pharmaceutical companies: Eli Lilly and Company and Johnson & Johnson. Over the past 10 years, Rich has been successful in developing healthcare call center operational strategies, leading highly effective healthcare call center teams, and overseeing successful partnerships with healthcare clients. He has extensive experience and has provided strategic oversight of FDA regulated programs including: patient assistance programs, reimbursement and patient access hubs, patient compliance and adherence, remote patient monitoring, medical information, inside sales, and patient support / customer care. Rich is Green Belt Certified in Six Sigma / Process Excellence and has been successful in utilizing business analytics to develop processes, improve quality, and increase operational effectiveness.
Rich has a background as a Registered Pharmacist and graduated from Rutgers College of Pharmacy in 1992.
